I say yes... Scouts their cloaks, heavies their hardeners, and assualts their ammo types (the ability to switch between incendiary, disrupter and cryo) incendiary -10% to shield +10% to armor, disrupter +10% to shield -10% to armor, and cryo -10% ...

A heat vision or sonar style goggles, scope that can see cloaked dropsuits and non cloaked dropsuits above a certain Db rating (movement speed, gun fire, melee, jumps...something along these lines)

Seems a bit much heavies don't get blanket buffs they are only to a few weapons on a specific tank type, remember cal logis had 25% and they were way above OP and you want to do this plus some... Sry seems a bit much like the multiple abilities th...

My favorite is post it on a wall wait for anyone to walk through the door and using passive scans...+50. I am dampened, out of LOS, he doesn't know I'm watching, he doesn't know the RE is there, and he has no chance.

5m splash is a bit much for a insta kill weapon, but I don't care honestly I'm giving up my heavy suit come 1.8 for a caldari scout.

Proto scout passive scans re behind door way, he can't see it as soon as he comes in door way he's dead. Re on uplink, red spawns in he's dead, re thrown into room of deads in a cluster at least two insta dead.
